The special formula locks in the cosmetic color, sealing the scales and protecting the hair for a more brilliant, intense and long-lasting color. Ideal for colored and bleached hair as both a post-color treatment and bleach.
Directions for Use: To lock in and stabilize color, apply to wet hair after the color or bleach has been rinsed out. Massage and leave for 2 minutes, then rinse with plenty of water.
